General info:

Our runny honey - is the lime tree honey which has been de-crystallized in a safe for honey temperature (35 degrees). Due to the fact that the honey has been de-crystallized in a safe temperature, it has the same properties as the other honeys. This honey will naturally crystalize within few to couple of weeks depending on the temperature and place of the storage.

Taste & colour

Lime tree honey taste is sweet, slightly spicy. Colour is usually light yellow.

Who is lime honey good for?

Lime tree honey might be helpful in  the fall and winter months to prevent colds, but also to fight colds and flu symptoms. It can be a great aid in respiratory, cardiovascular and nervous system diseases. 

Outside of these colder seasons lime tree honey might be good to consume because of its beneficial effects on nervous system - especially helps with sleep problems, stress, general body exhaustion.

Advice and storage

To keep honey nutritional value do not add it to liquids over 40°C. 

Store it in a cool, dry place.

Honey is not be suitable for infants under 1 year.
