Lime tree honey has many health benefits. Compared to other honey is richer in B vitamins, biotin, niacin and vitamin C. As other honey it has antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-diabetic and anti-inflammatory properties.

Vitamin B - impacts energy levels, brain function and cell metabolism.

Biotin - one of B vitamins, help keep your hair, skin, eyes, liver and nervous system healthy.

Niacin - similarly like biotin is part of b vitamins and also helps to keep nervous system, digestive system and skin healthy.

Taste & colour

Lime tree honey taste is sweet, slightly spicy. Colour is usually light yellow.

Who is lime honey good for?

Lime tree honey might be helpful in  the fall and winter months to prevent colds, but also to fight colds and flu symptoms. It can be a great aid in respiratory, cardiovascular and nervous system diseases. 

Outside of these colder seasons lime tree honey might be good to consume because of its beneficial effects on nervous system - especially helps with sleep problems, stress, general body exhaustion.

To keep honey nutritional value do not add it to liquids over 40°C. 

Store it in a cool, dry place.
